experience with other major copier companies and he realized that customers were
not receiving the level of personalized service and support they deserved. Joe
believed that supplying quality copier equipment represented only half of the
sales process. "To be a successful company you must focus on the delivery of personalized
service backed by knowledgable and caring personnel in order to build long term
relationships with your customers", that is why Mr. Sims opened his own company.
